Call for Expression of Interest for Mantis Akagera Game Lodge`s Salary structure/Salary Grade Study.

About the Company

Mantis Akagera Game Lodge stands on a hill at the southern tip of the Akagera National Park elevated above the savannah with exceptional views of Lake Ihema with 60 rooms, suites, a conference centre, restaurant and bar.

Introduction:

Akagera Game Lodge, a local company registred under TIN: 100374346 would like to conduct a study on salary structure/Salary grade together with an Organization Chart to be presented to the management for approval.

Scope of the work:

Interested consultant (s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Create an overall pay range,
  • Choose a number of grades,
  • Establish a pay range for each grade,
  • Create a salary grade chart/salary structure,
  • Review and make changes as needed,
  • Put in place an Organizational chart.

Tender submission requirements:

  1. Interested candidates wanting to express their interests must have at least 3 years of experience in HR development/Organisational structure or similar works. The experience is proven by the (RDB) Company registration certificate, and the Work Completion Certificates of similar works,
  2. Interested candidates should prove that they are VAT registered and their tax payments are up-to-date (tax clearance and RSSB clearance certificates) for private companies.

Submission of Application:

Participation in the competition is open on equal terms to all parties for this call for Express of Interest.

Interested parties are requested to submit:

  1. A cover letter expressing their interest in this work,
  2. Company profile detailing their experience in HR development/Organizational structure or similar works,
  3. A detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and timeline,
  4. A breakdown of the proposed budget and fee structure,
  5. Signed and stamped Work Completion Certificate(s) of similar works provided by previous clients,
  6. Company registration certificate provided by Rwanda Development Board,
  7. Valid VAT certificate for private companies,
  8. Tax and RSSB Clearance certificates,
  9. Any other relevant certificates showing that the interested candidate is eligible for the work.

Timeline: Please note the following key dates related to this CFEI process:

  1. Issuance Date : 31/07/2024
  2. Proposal Submission Deadline : 14/08/2024
  3. Evaluation and Consultant Selection : 16/08/2024
  4. Project Commencement Date : 20/08/2024

Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Experience and expertise in HR development/Organization structure or related works,
  1. Proposed methodology and approach,
  2. References and records of accomplishment,
  3. Cost-effectiveness.
